Shared Ecosystem



Tradable's mission to create an all-in-one user experience for traders led us to experiment with different models that could benefit traders by making their trading experiences smother, seamless, and even generating more revenue streams for them. After months of research, we discovered multiple things;

Our Solution for these problems became known internally as Y, and eventually, we found a name for it, Shared trades.

Shared Trades

The shared trades feature allows traders to share trades between themselves(as links) in real-time. This works by creating an effective monetization model for traders who share their trading strategies with their followers and trading group members or just a sweet and painless model for traders who share trades between their family and friends( Hey Ben, Luna just dumped, I'm shortinggg gets replaced with a link which automatically opens the same trade I'm taking for Ben if he chooses). 

If a trader has a long position on BTC, with TP/SL at a specific price range, with additional add-ons, and decides to share this with his followers today, he would need to send voice notes, screenshots, and screen recordings to his followers.

With tradable, he can click on the share button on Tradable.

This generates a link that he can copy to share on all his social media platforms.

The trader also has the option to make his trade public by toggling on the button or private by sharing to selected usernames.

When the trader's followers/students click on these links, they can choose to follow the person's trade instantly by selecting the percentage of their portfolio that they would like to use.

When people copy other people's trades in real-time, they pay a small copy fee to the creator.

We also created a subscription service around this for people who particularly have trading groups. If Trader A has a trading group, he can choose to share his creator account with his group members, and these group members could hit the subscribe button on his  Creator account and pay whatever fee he charges for subscribing to his trades. Anytime the lead trader/Mentor places a trade, all subscribed accounts automatically place the same trades or have the option not to place them in real-time. 

We're also building developer tools that would allow developers to build out trading strategies and sell these strategies to people who subscribe to these strategies and make money.
